Traveling with a Group? Why is 80Colonie Perfect for Families and Friends?

Planning holidays for a big family, a bunch of friends, or any other tightly-knit community of people is not an easy task. It is difficult to find the right accommodation that would provide all people with sufficient space, privacy, and comfort. Usually, hotels make people to be accommodated on different levels, which ruins their experience of sharing one common holiday. In case you are seeking an appropriate place for a short-term accommodation in high mountains, 80Colonie at Fraser’s Hill will be the right choice for you.

Located in the peaceful Silverpark Resort, 80Colonie offers specially designed apartments suitable for group retreats, family meetings, and other gatherings. Below is a list of reasons to choose 80Colonie as your highland destination when travelling in a group.

Escape the Urban Smog and Haze in Malaysia Today

Current news about Malaysia haze today indicates that there are many places suffering from air pollution effects. The smog keeps covering the cities, and lowlands become not appropriate for doing anything outside. Children and elder members in the family are advised to be very cautious since it is very dangerous for health to stay outdoors in this kind of environment. Individuals preferring clear and fresh air are supposed to choose highlands.

But, as you know, Fraser’s Hill is still an oasis in terms of air quality. The area is situated higher and features ancient rainforests that give more fresh air and cleaner temperature than the hot and polluted lowland cities. Staying at 80Colonie, you can escape from smog and breathe fresh mountain air.

Expansive Designer Living Spaces Built for Togetherness

In case you travel in a group, the communal space is as important as a comfortable bedroom. 80Colonie features spacious apartments designed for communal life of the whole group. Contrary to a standard Frasers hill hotel, where communal space is represented by a small lobby, our apartments feature light and open communal and living/dining areas.

In each unit, there are well-curated spaces with a minimalist decor inspired by modern designs, soft lighting, and plush furnishings. No matter whether you decide to organize an entertaining board game session, movie night, or spend time relaxing with a steaming cup of coffee, there is plenty of space for everyone without disturbing others.

Thoughtfully Configured Bedrooms and Welcoming Touches

One of the most advantageous aspects of choosing 80Colonie for a short term stay is the large size of our units that can accommodate up to 8 people per unit. To provide every guest with comfort and privacy, each apartment features a well-organized layout of three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 (En-suite Bathroom): Featuring 2 Queen beds for up to 4 pax in ultimate comfort. Bedroom 2 (Shared Bathroom): Featuring 2 Single beds for 2 pax.

Bedroom 3 (Shared Bathroom): Featuring 1 Queen bed for 2 pax.

As an additional gift to all guests, we provide complimentary scones to start your stay with a traditional highland treat right after check-in.

Signature Balconies and Hot Highland Steamboat Feasts

A true gem of any stay at 80Colonie are large private balconies with comfortable outdoor swings, wooden benches, and daybeds from where you will have the opportunity to admire the panoramic view of the surroundings.

Moreover, every apartment has a well-equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen with a gas stove, toaster oven, fridge, and all cooking utensils. To take full advantage of the cool night at the highland, bring your family and friends and cook yourselves a hearty and hot steamboat dinner right on your balcony! It is an unforgettable experience that no ordinary stay at a hotel can provide.
