Colonie 1121 is a new Luxe offering in Fraser's Hill. This apartment is on the same level as the road with a great forest & lush garden view in Silverpark Resort on Fraser's Hill. Only walk about 10 steps down to reach this apartment from the building entrance. Fully renovated with modern luxuries like heated taps, all new furniture & beds. Complete with a large outdoor terrace with a hanging daybed & deep benches - enjoy steamboat nights, stargazing & the cool highland weather in the privacy of your own outdoor space.

This apartment fits 8 guests (we will do a headcount) and guests will be provided with 2 car access cards to enter the apartment compound. Please respect our Muslim-friendly (non-halal meats are prohibited), no noise & no parties policy. Many of my immediate neighbors are Muslims and all are seekers of peace & tranquility.

COLONIE POLICY
- Check-in: Start from 3 pm / Check-out: 11 AM.
- Parking: 2 cars (park at yellow bays, no parking at owner’s red bay)
- Max Occupancy: 8 guests + 1 child (0-12 years old)
- Security Deposit: Colonie will collect a RM200 security deposit via online transfer for confirmed bookings. Security deposit will be deducted if guests fail to comply with the basic house rules.
